Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, responding to emails and filing paperwork
Schedule and maintain Clinical Support staff schedules
Maintain accurate records and databases
Light case management
Facilitate patient groups as needed
Provide support to clinical staff as needed
Assist administrator as needed
Assist Human Resources Director as needed
Assist Patient Financial Services Director as needed
Assist with other general duties as needed
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent Communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
If recovering, 24 months of verifiable sobriety
