Serve as a direct clinical professional providing individual, group, and family therapy.
Under the immediate supervision of the Clinical Director, treat a selected caseload of clients suffering from behavioral health and addiction related issues.
Perform biopsychosocial assessments, participate in multi-disciplinary treatment, and discharge planning for clients.
Maintain a current license, certification, and registration as applicable.
Contact assigned client within 24-hours of admission and complete 1:1 encounters at least weekly.
Complete necessary documentation and treatment plans within specified timeframes.
Effectively lead groups and complete Group Session Individual Notes in EMR.
Adhere to HIPAA regulations including procedure for release of client information.
Requirements
Master’s Degree and Current Arizona Licensure
At least 2 years prior experience in a behavioral healthcare setting, with residential treatment experience preferred.
