Plan, coordinate, and oversee IT programs to ensure successful delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
Establish and manage program goals, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with organizational priorities.
Track and monitor program progress, resolving any issues that arise.
Implement and promote Agile and Scrum methodologies across program teams, delivering immediate value to a minimum viable product and can evolve over time.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
Ensure teams adhere to Agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Work closely with business units, product owners, and technical teams to define program objectives and requirements.
Act as a liaison between stakeholders and Agile teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
Provide regular program updates and insights to senior leadership.
Identify, assess, and manage risks to program success, developing mitigation strategies as needed.
Resolve conflicts and address challenges that could impact program outcomes.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success.
Use Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps to track and report on program metrics.
Analyze program performance to identify areas for improvement in processes and practices.
Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and delivery speed across IT projects.
Requirements
Technical understanding of Cyber domains, such as: identity & access management, endpoint protection, incident response, vulnerability & patch management, data protection, GRC, application security, etc.
Familiarity with Cyber frameworks such as NIST, PCI DSS, or ISO 27001
Experience with portfolio management involving infrastructure platforms such as servers, storage, networks, cloud environments (Azure), and data centers; ability to manage lifecycle planning, upgrades, and integrations.
Strong understanding of infrastructure architecture and operations, including capacity planning, resiliency, disaster recovery, configuration management, monitoring, and security best practices.
Proven ability to partner with engineering, security, and operations teams to deliver infrastructure modernization initiatives, such as cloud migrations, network redesign, endpoint replacement, or platform standardization.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in program management.
Demonstrated expertise in managing Agile and Scrum projects in a complex environment.
Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
Project management certifications such as PMP or PgMP (preferred).
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
Experience in IT infrastructure, software development, or digital transformation projects.
