Managing and improving existing partner programs, ensuring they meet business goals and partner needs.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including Partner Account Executives, Business Development and leadership, to align program strategy with business priorities
Defining and executing change management plans, ensuring seamless adoption of new processes and programs.
Driving operational & reporting improvements by identifying bottlenecks and implementing scalable solutions.
Providing external technology partners with monthly revenue and contract reporting.
Liaising between internal and external technology partners to solve any questions related to revenue and contract reporting.
Requirements
Have 2+ years of experience in in Program Management or Business Operations.
Have a Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma or equivalent professional background.
Possess analytical skills and experience with Excel, Salesforce, Tableau, or equivalent tools.
Have experience working with Partner Programs and being responsible for partner related processes.
Be familiar with partner ecosystems like ISVs, cloud providers, and marketplaces
Demonstrate experience using project management and collaboration tools, such as Smartsheets, Confluence, and Google Productivity Tools
Demonstrate the ability to work in a dynamic environment while adapting fluidly and managing tense situations
Be adept working across diverse, global environments and in matrix organizations
