Work as a liaison between Ops and Engineering
Support Business leaders to define requirements and assist with execution of productivity solutions and overall project delivery

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT analysis, project leadership, or related roles.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Experience with IT strategy development and implementation.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Relevant industry certifications.
Experience with data-driven decision-making and process automation.
Innovation-driven mindset and ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
Demonstrated leadership in technology innovation and process improvement.
