Senior Accountant

Role Overview

• Consolidates, prepares and distributes Agency Financial Statements.
• Prepares monthly reconciliation analysis of client profitability to the general ledger and researches any discrepancies.
• Assists with revising quarterly and annual budgets.
• Prepares and inputs general journal entries.
• Oversees monthly bank reconciliation, fixed asset reports and intercompany balance analysis and elimination entries.
• Prepares various monthly management reports and analysis.
• Prepares account analysis for year-end audit.
• Works with external auditors and accountants.
• Prepares the utilization plans by client.
• Assists with training for new business managers and team members.
• Helps to facilitate client billing on a monthly basis.
• Works on special projects as assigned by the Controller.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in accounting from a four-year college or university required.
• At least five years of accounting work experience required.
