Role Overview
- Develop the DIO strategy and operational plan
- Communicate executive-level strategic narratives and operational health updates
- Manage resource and capital allocation for strategic priorities
- Design and refine the DIO operating model for improved decision making
- Establish a Strategy & Operations Center of Excellence
- Advance reporting from descriptive to predictive analytics
- Lead DIO KPI deliverables and conduct operational deep dives
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing Strategy & Operations team
Requirements
- 12–15+ years of professional experience
- Proven significant leadership capacity in the digital infrastructure, technology sector
- Strong background in top-tier strategy or management consultancy (McKinsey, BCG, Bain)
- Experience managing large-scale digital transformations in a matrixed environment
- At least 5 years in a significant leadership capacity
- MBA from a top-tier institution or equivalent executive leadership experience
