Monitors various websites and other data sources and validates receipt of all available data required to meet client expectations
Reviews websites of device manufacturers to add or update the Device Dataset with catalog numbers, product numbers, Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) codes, Global Trade Item Number (GTIN) and United Nations Standard Products and Services Code (UNSPSC) codes
Initiates testing scenarios, evaluates the results and takes necessary action to resolve discrepancies or ambiguities, as needed
Seeks guidance from immediate manager or team members as necessary to ensure proper application of HCPCS, GTIN or UNSPSC codes
Collaborates with other team members to identify opportunities for improving overall Departmental performance
Participates in continuing education activities to maintain and advance professional skill set
Adheres to company-wide and departmental policies and procedures
Respond to client queries within team guidelines
Meet guidelines to ensure content is uploaded and available as required for each type of content
