You plan, manage and optimize online campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn and Google with clearly defined objectives and regular performance reviews.
You build and refine marketing funnels, ensuring each step logically builds on the previous one.
You develop copy and messaging for the website, landing pages and ads together with management that resonate with our target audience in their daily work.
You design and write content for webinars, whitepapers, case studies and blog posts that demonstrate our expertise and build trust.
You plan and write email sequences and newsletters that systematically nurture leads and retain existing customers.
You set up basic tracking and CRM structures, analyze key metrics (e.g. leads, conversion rates, cost per lead) and present them clearly.
You use AI tools purposefully for research, ideation, structuring and variants, while retaining control over content direction and quality assurance.
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in online or performance marketing, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment.
Strong understanding of performance channels (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads) and their metrics.
Proven writing and storytelling expertise: You have a strong flair for creating copy and visuals that evoke emotion and, through persuasive storytelling, drive purchase decisions.
Experience producing content such as blog posts, whitepapers, case studies or webinar scripts.
Basic understanding of CRM and tracking structures (e.g. UTM parameters, simple reports, lead lists).
Familiarity with collaborating with design: You can write briefs, give feedback and use assets effectively.
Confident and reflective use of AI tools in marketing (copy, ideas, analysis).
Structured, independent working style: You can prioritize, organize yourself and deliver results.
Excellent German language skills, both verbal and written.
