Act as a liaison between the assigned internal customer business unit and various functional departments to support system implementation and maintenance.
Document system processes and train end-users/provide support as needed.
Analyze systems and business processes, develop cost-benefit analysis, and manage workplans to successfully deliver projects on time and within budget.
Lead project teams and direct efforts of team members to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
Create management, project status, and ad-hoc reports.
Requirements
