Provide financial leadership and decision support for the NA Food US business
Ensure achievement of NSV target and that trade fund investments stay within budget
Co-create business plans and challenge/review assumptions
Drive sustainable value creation and ensure proper accounting of trade and sales overheads
Manage trade budget accurately and at an appropriate level of detail
Support in ad-hoc activities and customer individual offers via financial evaluation

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related
Master’s degree (MBA or MS) preferred
5+ years of relevant experience (Food/Bev, CPG preferred)
Professional accounting or finance qualification (CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CIMA)
Strong understanding of trade investment mechanics, ROI modeling, and promotional effectiveness
Familiarity with SRM/RGM frameworks (pricing, promo, mix, pack architecture, trade terms)
Experience with trade budget systems, ERP platforms
Power BI, Tableau experience is preferred
