Lead the design, modeling, documentation, and optimization of end-to-end business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and BPM methodologies
Facilitate process workshops, value‑stream mapping, and root‑cause analyses to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
Ensure all processes follow standardized definitions, guidelines, and methodologies for consistency and transparency across the business
Own and maintain process documentation in the central repository, ensuring revisions reflect both strategic needs and operational reality
Drive structured improvement initiatives (LEAN, Six Sigma, etc.) to reduce waste and improve process efficiency
Develop, implement, and monitor quality control plans, inspection processes, and compliance checkpoints across workflow stages
Ensure quality master data (inspection criteria, sampling plans, methods, etc.) is properly maintained and adhered to
Coordinate cross‑functional quality reviews, audits, and corrective action initiatives
Collaborate with operations and technical stakeholders to ensure product, service, and process quality meet internal standards and customer expectations
Lead investigations into quality or process non-conformities and ensure corrective/preventive actions are implemented
Lead the journey to an integrated Management System with ISO 9001 compliance certification and maintenance for the certification.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
3–7 years of experience in business process mapping & management, quality assurance, continuous improvement, or related fields
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights
Familiarity with quality management systems, inspection processes, and quality improvement processes
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Proven Project Management experience
ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification is preferable.
