Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) across all wind operations in North America
Champion a proactive safety culture that prioritizes employee well-being and operational excellence
Work with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS into all aspects of operations
Inspire and develop a high-performing EHS team across North America
Interface with customers and contractors to communicate EHS performance, expectations, and compliance requirements
Utilize analytics and leading indicators to identify trends, predict risks, and drive continuous improvement
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in the field of EHS or engineering
15+ years of EHS leadership experience, ideally in renewable energy or industrial sectors
Proven ability to lead distributed teams and influence across a matrix organization
Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data for decision-making
Communicate complex messages and negotiate internally and externally to influence outcomes
