Drive demand and value as a strategic bridge between businesses and technical AI delivery
Conduct discovery workshops to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation
Own the Association AI Roadmap, prioritize initiatives based on strategic value and ROI
Collaborate with stakeholders to create business cases and track value realization
Build and lead a team of professionals through recruiting, development, retention, coaching and support

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics or other relevant field; OR 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
10 years of progressively responsible professional experience in program management leadership, process improvement, owning a large P&L, IT, engineering, consulting for large strategic efforts or operations in a complex matrix environment
3 years of experience in business transformation, organizational change, change management, or process improvement
8 years of people leadership experience in building, managing, and/or developing high-performing teams
Proven ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
