Requirements
Performance-Driven Editing – You know what keeps people watching and what drives clicks and sales
DTC E-commerce Experience – You’ve edited successful ads for other ecommerce DTC brands (fitness/fashion = big plus)
Fast Turnaround – You can edit fast without sacrificing quality
Strong Visual Taste – Your edits look polished, modern, and high-converting
Collaborative Yet Independent – You’re great at taking feedback, and even better at working on your own
Organized & Detail-Oriented – You don’t miss deadlines and your file management is on point
Candidates must be able to deliver 5–10 creative briefs per week, covering formats from 30-second videos to 2–3+ minute VSLs, and must not work on any other video editing projects while employed by us.
