Work directly with regional finance leads and commercial colleagues to understand the monthly performance drivers.
Prepare revenue and P&L commentary and analysis for review and presentation to Commercial leadership.
Drive and lead the consolidation and presentation/review of forward-looking components of the FP&A process.
Lead financial analysis and collaborate with cross functional teams.
Act as a single point of contact for regional Finance Leads and regional commercial Leadership.
Lead simplification/automation initiatives and driving other financial process improvements.
Active participation and support of Global Biopharma FP&A activities as needed.

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
6+ years of finance experience required or 5 years with MBA.
Must have very strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills (oral, written & presentations).
Strong financial modeling and critical thinking skills.
Ability to manage and prioritize competing business needs and high priority deliverables.
Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
