The Systems Administrator is responsible for the end-to-end management of designated systems applications and their supporting infrastructure.
This role combines technical expertise with business acumen to ensure optimal system performance, reliability, and continuous improvement.
The specialist works collaboratively with stakeholders to implement enhancements, provide technical support, and develop reporting solutions that meet business objectives.
Maintain, install and configure system application and supporting infrastructure to meet business objectives.
Monitor, patch and deploy changes on the application and supporting infrastructure.
Testing application functions and upgrades.
Performance, reliability, and maintenance of assigned application(s) including completion of upgrades and implementations.
Work closely with capability owners, business units, and third-party vendors to support system enhancements.
Provide input into the application roadmap for further improvement and development.
Analyze new data requests and create recommendations for the development of new system reports/dashboards.
