The Electrical Hardware Engineer works with cross-functional teams including other designers, customers, manufacturing engineering, and project leadership to ensure robust and high-quality product development.
Enhance designs with feedback from reviews in areas such as manufacturing, test, supply chain, reliability, industrial design, and simulations.
Provide support throughout the manufacturing process of the electrical/mechanical system designed.
Develop new electrical systems/circuits for various applications, research system ideas, and create schemas and specifications.
Requirements
1+ years of related experience in Electrical Engineering
Working knowledge of PCB design tools (Cadence Allegro 16.x & 17.x)
Familiar with high-density PCB design
Working knowledge of setting and complying with board and trace constraints
Knowledge of IPC standards is preferred
Familiar with EMC & EMI layout requirements
Self-motivated and capable of managing assignments in a dynamic environment
