About this role
Role Overview
Coordinate and support Clinical IRC activities across risk, projects, reporting, and administrative functions
Assist with Clinical and Finance initiatives through scheduling, tracking, and reporting
Serve as a systems coordinator for project management tools, budgeting, resource tracking, and review reporting
Support Clinical Risk activities, including operational incidents, audits, and regulatory requests
Assist with project budgeting, resource tracking, prioritization, and status reporting
Ensure timely reporting for daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly deadlines, as well as ad-hoc requests
Produce resourcing updates, expense reports, organizational charts, and metrics for leadership
Maintain committee rosters, reviewer assignments, conflicts-of-interest tracking, and related records
Track and validate grant or contributed services information from clinical peer review committees
Support technical or clinical documentation (SOPs, process documents, reports) as capacity allows
Requirements
Organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about clinical operations
Proactive communicator who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
Eager to learn and grow in project management and clinical operations within a regulated, high-impact setting
Background in Clinical Operations, Clinical Science, Biometrics, or a related discipline
Experience with technical writing is a plus
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information across teams
Comfortable taking direction while independently managing assigned tasks and priorities
Detail-oriented and thoughtful, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing needs
Experience working in regulated or cross-functional clinical environments is preferred.
