Oversee the high-quality primary care in a high touch, person-centered care model
Manage staff and resources, including hiring, training, performance management and evaluation
Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and compliance with regulations and standards
Identify educational needs and work with educators to develop and implement training
Develop and implement operational strategies for clinical team
Maintain appropriate and compliant documentation within our EMR software
Collaborate with leadership teams at facilities

Master of Science in Nursing, Doctor of Nursing Practice, or NP Certificate Program graduate
National certification of AANP or ANCC
Active, unrestricted state license/s
Ability to obtain licensure in additional states in service area as requested
Active DEA license
US work authorization
2+ years clinical experience as a Nurse or Nurse Practitioner in geriatric, adult or family practice setting
Passionate about providing healthcare to the senior and low-income populations.
