Role Overview
- Daily management of properties and facilities database
- Responsible for day-to-day resolution of contract and lease obligations
- Manages environmental, security, and safety management strategies
- Prepares cost estimates and project budgets
- Develops proposals for new locations or relocations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related area
- 5+ years demonstrated experience managing multiple commercial properties
- Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate operations
- Strong knowledge of insurance, property liability, and maintenance practices
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
