Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 2-5 years experience in a dynamic startup environment owning customer relationships.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.
You have a talent for breaking down complex problems and can translate high-level goals into relevant and actionable plans.
In-depth understanding of value drivers in revenue share business models.
Experience collaborating with C-Level executives both internally and externally.
Excellent business acumen, presentation skills, sound decision-making abilities, and strong analytical skills in a fast-paced setting for individual and team success.
Proven experience in project and program management, with a strong understanding of key concepts such as phases, plans, deliverables, scope, and tasks, all aligned with team goals.
Experience with eCommerce, FinTech, and analytics Reporting tools (Tableau, Snowflake, Salesforce, Shopify, SFRA, etc.) is a plus.
Ability to manage and influence effectively through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building.
Ability to travel 20% to strategic client sites and other locations as needed.
