Manage and coach a team of Field Sales Reps covering assigned partner territories.\n
Conduct regular 1:1s, call reviews, pipeline reviews, forecasting meetings and performance check-ins to improve execution and consistency.\n
Develop scalable playbooks, talk tracks, and enablement materials to support team performance.\n
Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new PERs.\n
Oversee execution of the enablement process — from new partner branch outreach to goal alignment sessions with their sales teams.\n
Monitor pipeline health, ensuring consistent activity and progression through key enablement stages.\n
Identify and support expansion opportunities within the partnership’s network.\n
Coordinate in-person enablement activities such as partner visits, ride-alongs, and regional events (e.g., lunch & learns, trade shows).\n
Ensure field efforts align with performance goals around lead generation, partner engagement, and activation.\n
Track and report on KPIs such as new partner activations, goal alignment sessions, and leads generated.\n
Collaborate with Revenue Operations and the Partnerships Director to forecast performance and optimize coverage.\n
Use data insights to identify high-impact activities and continuously improve the team’s playbook.\n
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure smooth lead handoffs and consistent messaging.\n
Partner with the Partner Marketing Manager to plan and execute co-branded campaigns and field events.\n
Serve as the internal liaison for the partner’s regional and national teams to ensure strong collaboration.
Requirements
3–5+ years of experience in partnerships, channel enablement, or sales leadership (preferably within SaaS, construction tech, or related industries).\n
Proven track record managing high-performing field or partner-facing teams. Excellent coaching, communication, and presentation skills.\n
Strong organizational and analytical skills with experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).\n
Ability to travel up to 25–40% of the time across assigned territories.\n
Comfortable being a brand ambassador, representing Roofr at events and being featured across our social media/marketing channels
