Own full-cycle recruiting for sales, corporate, and leadership roles—from intake through close—with a strong emphasis on passive candidate engagement.
Proactively headhunt talent through direct outreach, referrals, competitive intelligence, and targeted sourcing—not reliance on inbound applicants.
Partner closely with executives and senior leaders to define success profiles, assess talent gaps, and build hiring strategies aligned to business objectives.
Execute custom search strategies by role type (sales, leadership, functional corporate) rather than one-size-fits-all recruiting.
Lead offer strategy, negotiation, and closing to secure top-tier talent in competitive markets.
Conduct market mapping and competitive intelligence to identify where top talent works, how they move, and what motivates them to change.
Build and maintain always-on pipelines for sales and hard-to-fill corporate roles, anticipating future demand.
Develop talent pools of high-performing passive candidates who can be activated quickly as needs arise.
Utilize sourcing tools, CRM/ATS capabilities, and LinkedIn creatively and persistently to uncover talent others miss.
Act as a thought partner to hiring leaders—guiding role scoping, interview design, and hiring decisions.
Drive structured interview processes and coach hiring teams on evaluating talent effectively.
Provide informal coaching and best-practice sharing with junior recruiters or contract support as needed.
Represent Cotton Holdings as a credible, consultative talent ambassador in the market.
Partner with HR and Marketing to strengthen employer branding, particularly for sales and leadership audiences.
Deliver a high-touch, transparent candidate experience, especially with passive and executive-level candidates.
Requirements
8–12+ years of recruiting experience with demonstrated success in headhunting, outbound sourcing, and closing passive talent.
Proven experience recruiting sales roles and professional corporate positions (in-house or agency background acceptable).
Strong ability to conduct competitive research and market mapping.
Comfortable partnering with executives and influencing hiring decisions.
High sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability—this role is measured by results, not postings filled.
Experience in disaster recovery, construction, restoration, or emergency response industries is a plus, but headhunting capability outweighs industry background.
