Partner with Sales and Solutions teams as an internal advisor on pricing, quoting, and deal strategy for complex employer opportunities.
Prepare and validate employer, census, and contribution data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and readiness for financial analysis.
Develop pricing scenarios and conduct financial modeling to support competitive, compliant, and scalable deal structures.
Translate complex analyses into clear, decision-ready recommendations and concise internal deal briefs.
Support deal reviews and approvals by surfacing assumptions, risks, and required escalations within established pricing and policy frameworks.
Ensure accuracy and consistency across pricing outputs, quotes, and approvals.
Assess deal structures, identify non standard terms, and align deal execution with internal controls and approval processes.
Contribute to the refinement of pricing guardrails, approval frameworks, and repeatable deal execution standards.
Requirements
2 to 4 years of experience in strategy, operations, finance, consulting, revenue operations, or a related analytical role supporting commercial decision-making.
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to work through complex, multi-variable datasets and ambiguous inputs.
Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, with experience preparing analysis that informs high-stakes decisions.
Experience translating complex quantitative and qualitative inputs into clear, concise recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders.
Comfort partnering with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Familiarity with pricing, financial modeling, deal analysis, or revenue-related workflows is a strong plus.
Experience working in high-growth, startup, or consulting environments preferred, where speed, rigor, and adaptability are required.
