About this role

Support Alight’s Generative AI roadmap as an NLP Engineer by designing capabilities and solutions using LLMs and transformer-based architectures
Evaluate base search appliance configurations and assess their impact on search results
Review and test the latest Large Language Models and develop capabilities using LLM endpoints
Design and implement new capabilities and configurations in the OpenSearch environment
Identify opportunities to improve search and retrieval performance based on client needs
Provide guidance on conversational AI and related strategy
Communicate with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates
Submit and track Maestro or JIRA requests

2–5 years of experience in AI technology roles focused on natural language models
Working knowledge of process mapping and process design
Experience with Scaled Agile (SAFe)
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to align business objectives with data insights
Completion of a program of study typically requiring four years of post-secondary education or equivalent
