Identify, build, and maintain strong relationships with home care agencies, health plans, and other key stakeholders.
Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing BD team to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing strategic partnerships.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with operational capabilities.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and capitalize on opportunities.
Deliver consistent revenue growth while maintaining high standards for client satisfaction and service quality.

Extensive experience in Medicaid and home care or health plan business development.
Proven track record of growing revenue and establishing high-value partnerships.
Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness and ability to travel between New York and Pennsylvania regularly.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
