Build and maintain a project plan that outlines project deliverables, milestones, relevant stakeholders and SMEs, and meeting cadence and communications vehicles
Draft, iterate, and finalize written content and graphics for project deliverables
Facilitate meeting cadence with relevant teams and stakeholders (both internal and external); create agendas and lead meetings (data collections and outline/content/graphics reviews), capture meeting decisions, actions and open items
Collect and implement feedback from project lead and SME
Surface decisions and actions to project lead and SME at relevant touchpoints
Communicate status on a regular basis via meetings and or emails
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing OR equivalent degree
Preference for client facing professional services experience
Advanced experience with Microsoft Suite of productivity tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
PowerBI, Tableau, HubSpot, QuickBase, SharePoint, OneNote experience is a plus
Good business acumen and awareness of business trends
