Receiving and reviewing invoices associated to those work authorizations
Ensuring all work authorizations and invoices are in compliance with the contract as well as State and Federal regulations
The Unit also manages the Consultant Evaluations process.
Requirements
Associates degree or certificate program in contract administration, public administration, accounting, business management, legal, or related field AND one (1) year of a combination of experience in the review and/or administration of government contracts, grants, agreements, maintenance or construction processes, public administration, law, or a related field.
OR High School diploma or equivalent AND three (3) years or more of experience in the review and/or administration of government contracts, grants and agreements, maintenance or construction processes, public administration, or a related field.
OR Two (2) years or more of experience as an AOT Contracts Specialist I or AOT Contract Administrator I with the State of Vermont.
