Represent and communicate the value, status, and roadmap of assigned product(s) across DUHS.
Maintain and prioritize product backlog and issue logs, ensuring timely resolution and alignment with DSO and DUHS goals.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams; manage SLAs, contract requirements, testing, and implementation.
Provide clear, concise written and verbal communication and distill stakeholder needs into actionable components.
Monitor success metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements to enhance program effectiveness and value.
Maintain product documentation, change management plans, communication plans, and readiness planning.
Other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR four years of equivalent technical experience.
Epic Certification preferred.
Product Owner or Project Management certifications are beneficial.
Experience with Epic Hello World, Epic Cheers, or third-party communication tools highly desired.
Level 1: No experience beyond minimum requirements.
Level 2: Two years related experience.
Level 3: Four years related experience.
