Develop expertise in proprietary S&P Networks products while partnering with clients to understand their evolving regulatory requirements and business needs.
Navigate complex client engagements to strategize and implement new compliance workflows, gaining exposure to diverse financial services operations.
Foster long-term client relationships and contribute to business development opportunities within the growing regulatory technology space.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment with 2 days per week in either Dallas, TX or Andover, MA office.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new software platforms and technologies.
Previous experience in client-facing roles, account management, or customer success functions.
