Requirements
3–5 years of experience executing influencer marketing activations or client-facing account management in the creator or social media space
Expertise in creator ecosystems, platform dynamics (especially TikTok and Instagram), and content performance metrics
Proven success managing and growing accounts, especially through expansion opportunities that directly impact revenue retention
Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of how to influence Quarterly Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through both strategic execution and relationship building
Ability to craft and deliver high-impact messages across formats and audiences, from day-to-day client contacts to senior stakeholders
A natural rapport-builder who knows how to guide, align, and advocate
Deep understanding of scopes, deliverables, and timelines, with a relentless eye for detail and follow-through
