Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with planning, analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of health operations or programs
• Experience managing Veterans Health Administration operations in a VA Medical Center or Outpatient setting
• Experience with analyzing health operations data to present program status and make recommendations on improving business processes
• Knowledge of hospital operations and clinical workflows
• Ability to create strategic recommendations to achieve performance-based objectives, enhancing implementation, systems, and service
• Public Trust
• Bachelor's degree in a Healthcare field
• Knowledge of major Electronic Health Record solutions
• Ability to partner with IT Systems Architects to engineer solutions to address complex clinical and operational challenges
• Master's degree
• Prosci Change Management, PMP, or ACHE Certification
