- Review incoming project requests
- Act as a liaison between requestors and the Content & Creative teams
- Help refine and implement processes that drive efficiencies
- Assist with the adoption and optimization of Asana
- Monitor sub-department Slack channels
Requirements
- 2
- 3 years of project coordination, creative operations, or related fields.
- Familiarity with project management tools, specifically Asana
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Understanding of creative production cycles
- Serious bonus points if you have familiarity with creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite
