An HPE Networking Pre-Sales Systems Engineer primarily provides pre-sales technical support for the development and implementation of complex solutions created to meet and exceed our customer’s business requirements.
The SE will work with HPE's Territory Managers to qualify opportunities and convert leads into successful engagements.
This Systems Engineer will proactively support an opportunity pipeline and drive through the sales process to closure.
This career level position requires the ability to lead in a team environment and to collaborate on the development of innovative, tailored solutions for both clients and prospects.

Requirements
Have a Bachelor’s Degree in computer engineering or related field OR have significant experience in networking technical and pre-sales activities roles.
Have a minimum of 3+ years of technical professional, pre-sales/post-sales, work experience.
Have extensive experience in Networking including routing, switching, Wi-Fi, security, SASE and Network Management platforms, both on Premises and in Cloud.
Hold specific Networking certifications (HPE, Aruba, Juniper, Cisco, etc).
Have experience in Network Access Security including HPE Aruba Clearpass, Juniper Access Assurance, Cisco ISE, Forescoute etc.
Are experienced in creating solution sales offerings spanning multiple product and service portfolios in a very competitive market.
Are an effective, articulate, communicator with strong customer-facing skills and able to translate product knowledge into customer’s added business value.
