Bachelor's degree
8-10+ years of progressive experience in product/brand management, strategic marketing, commercial operations, or business development
Proven track record in developing and deploying business strategies across multiple customer channels
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with demonstrated ability to drive business results
Comprehensive understanding of the U.S. healthcare environment dynamics and market access landscape
Experience leading, developing, and building high-performing teams
Knowledge of U.S. commercial segments and channels
