Role Overview
- Serve as a critical strategic partner across the organization
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, and key external agencies
- Drive operational excellence and elevate executional standards
- Chair Sobi’s Executive Review Committee
- Lead modernization efforts that strengthen operational efficiency
- Guide cross-functional teams through marketing enablement initiatives
- Drive planning and governance processes that support annual functional planning
Requirements
- BS/BA preferred
- ~10 years of experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech company
- Experience with Veeva Suite: Vault PromoMats, CLM, required
- Understanding of advertising and promotional process
- Proficiency working in regulated operations environment
- Strong project management skills
- Exceptional written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Prior team leadership and cross-functional team leadership experience.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and reporting on business metrics and KPIs
- Experience in rare disease preferred
