Surgical Sales Representative

Role Overview

• Drive revenue for the breast device portfolio
• Meticulous planning and execution of customer meetings that generate sales
• Detailed understanding of selling in a surgical environment
• Case coverage and consulting in both hospital and office operating room setting
• Create and grow the breast implant and tissue expander market share

Requirements

• Experience on medical devices sales
• Experience and knowledge in plastic surgery is preferred
• Ability to be credentialed and work in an OR setting (this person will be assisting and observing surgeries)
• Bachelor's Degree
• Hands on and proactive attitude
• Able to work within an evolving environment
• Ability to manage all administrative tasks in a timely manner
• Ability to work independently
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively as required
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Teams
