Field Service Technician – Entry Level

Role Overview

• install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain chemical dispensing equipment
• deliver exceptional service to improve customer retention and service quality
• occasional overnight travel

Requirements

• great work ethic
• willingness to learn new skills
• basic understanding in electronics, plumbing, maintenance or mechanical systems
• moderate working knowledge of appropriate tools, data, implements and service needs
• proficient in laptop and cell phone technology including Salesforce, Microsoft Word and Excel
• valid driver’s license
