Lead the development of digital strategy and digital customer experience through QVC channels and platforms to maximize customer acquisition, retention and sales
Partner with Category Production, Merchandising, Planning, and Marketing to develop holistic product, promotional, marketing plans for maximum revenue potential
Drive digital sales goals by leveraging previously successful sales techniques, identifying innovative and new selling methods
Evaluate industry and external vendors for customer development within a category and new technology opportunities
Analyze product and category sales across all digital platforms
Use data to understand performance trends in the business and identify white space and new opportunities
Understand the customer lifecycle within each category and develop strategies to grow the customer base through new customers to QVC
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in merchandising/marketing/eCommerce sales or equivalent business experience
6 plus years of experience in multichannel retailing, or merchandising environment or equivalent combination of training and experience required
4 or more years of Digital Commerce experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
1 or more years of experience leading a team, including selection, engagement, performance management, and development
Understanding of the merchandising process and product lifecycle
Experience developing customized reports and leveraging data to build and drive merchandising strategy
