Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
- CPA designation preferred
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a mid to large size professional services firm
- At least 2 years of transaction services / due diligence experience
- High motivation, initiative, and positive attitude
- Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability
- Intermediate modeling and excel skills
- Ability to conduct complex quantitative and qualitative financial analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to comfortably interact with senior level client personnel
