Leverage deep scientific and clinical expertise to formulate compelling narratives and engage with stakeholders.
Identify evidence gaps that inform strategic priorities and shape scientific strategy.
Lead and develop a team of medical affairs professionals, providing direction and mentorship.
Collaborate internally and externally to execute medical priorities across different functions.
Build, cultivate, and serve as primary scientific liaison with key oncology thought leaders.
Identify evidence gaps and develop proposals to address these gaps.
Analyze and translate scientific data into compelling narratives for external customers.

Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathy
Board-eligible or certified in appropriate specialty/subspecialty or have completed relevant post-medical school clinical training
Oncology experience
Clinical research or pharmaceutical medicine experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to balance scientific priorities with business priorities
Demonstrated strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, organizational and negotiation skills
Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and drive alignment across cross-functional teams and with external stakeholders
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed (approximately 20-30%)
5+ years of professional experience preferred
Fluent in English, verbal and written communication.
Knowledge of drug development and/or medical affairs preferred.
Strong understanding of US and global markets.
