Complete annual reviews for existing investments, including: Reviewing financial statements and financial models
Analyzing performance trends
Monitoring and documenting covenant compliance
Monitor, process, and organize financial statements and other accounting, legal, and compliance documents received in GPD’s centralized inbox
Maintain and track an assigned portfolio of investments by: Reviewing quarterly financial statements
Providing credit updates
Documenting risk‑management activities
Maintain risk‑management and compliance reporting tools
Assist with investment amendments and other portfolio management reporting
Support due diligence activities for new investment opportunities
Contribute to ad‑hoc analytical projects, reporting tasks, and team initiatives
Requirements
Currently in your third year or higher, pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior co‑op or internship experience in a finance‑related role is preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi‑task and collaborate with multiple team members
Experience in investment research or credit analysis is an asset
Ability to interpret or work with financial models is an asset
Active enrollment in the CFA Program is considered an asset
