Requirements
High School completion or equivalent GED.
Proven experience in a retail management role (2 years preferred).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office.
Strong analytical skills.
Solution-oriented.
Must be able to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
