The OCM Senior Manager – Change, Learning & Enablement is a senior, client facing role responsible for designing, executing, and delivering all aspects of the Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy for internal and external client engagements.
This role requires deep expertise in change management methodologies, instructional design, and learning program development to drive successful adoption of new processes, technologies, services, operating models, and ways of working.
The OCM Senior Manager leads the people side of change across complex transitions and transformations, including changes to business processes, IT systems and technology, organizational structures, roles, skills, and culture.
The role is accountable for developing and implementing integrated change, learning, and enablement strategies that maximize employee adoption and proficiency while minimizing resistance and disruption.
In addition to delivery leadership, the OCM Senior Manager plays a key role in Unisys OCM presales and go to market activities , supporting solution shaping, client discovery, proposal development, and value articulation.
Requirements
Extensive experience leading Organizational Change Management initiatives within complex, multi stakeholder environments.
Strong consultative skills, including problem solving , insight generation, strategic thinking, influencing, and executive level communication.
Ability to operate effectively with limited day-to-day oversight in fast paced , client facing environments.
Demonstrated experience in instructional design and enterprise learning program development in support of technology, process, or organizational change.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and their application to behavior change and adoption.
