Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned requisitions, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support.
Partner closely with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand business needs, role requirements, and workforce plans, providing consultative guidance on talent strategy, market insights, and hiring best practices.
Build, maintain, and nurture robust candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs through networking, referrals, and talent community engagement.
Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent, leveraging direct sourcing, referrals, external partnerships, and talent communities.
Conduct ongoing market mapping and competitive intelligence to assess talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor hiring activity, providing strategic insights to stakeholders.
Actively promote HUB’s employer brand through targeted outreach and relationship-building initiatives to strengthen long-term talent communities.
Track and manage pipeline activity, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance, and effective utilization of CRM and ATS tools.
Continuously evaluate sourcing effectiveness and pipeline health, adjusting strategies to improve quality of hire, time-to-fill, diversity outcomes, and candidate experience.
Deliver a high-touch, “white-glove” recruitment experience, including proactive communication, stakeholder alignment, and seamless interview and offer processes.
Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on interview strategies, selection decisions, compensation considerations, and offer.
Influence hiring leaders on inclusive hiring practices and equitable selection processes.
Manage recruitment activity within HUB’s HRIS (Workday) and CRM (Phenom), including requisition creation, candidate tracking, dispositioning, and reporting.
Requirements
Genuine passion for recruiting and delivering exceptional candidate and hiring leader experiences.
Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in a full-cycle recruitment role
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred
Bilingual in French and English (preferred)
Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team-oriented, fast-paced, and evolving environment
Strong customer focus with excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills; high attention to detail
Experience partnering with hiring leaders in a consultative capacity
Exposure to high-volume, specialized, or multi-location hiring environments
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, Indeed, or similar ATS/CRM platforms considered an asset
Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for training, team meetings, or business needs (less than 10%)
