Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including preparing proposals, contracts, order entry, and management of sales documentation.
Process and track sales orders from receipt through to delivery, ensuring smooth communication between clients, warehouse, and logistics partners.
Maintain up-to-date CRM records, ensuring all client interactions and transactions are accurately documented and readily accessible for the Sales team.
Answer customer and internal queries with efficiency and professionalism, acting as a point of contact for administrative sales matters.
Assist in preparing sales reports and compiling data for weekly and monthly sales meetings.
Work cross-functionally with the Marketing, Finance, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of promotional activities, account launches, and order fulfilment.
Monitor inventory levels for key account orders, working closely with warehouse teams to identify and escalate any at-risk items.
Support the continuous improvement of sales processes by providing feedback and highlighting opportunities for enhanced efficiency.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in Sales or Sales Administration is strongly preferred.
Strong familiarity with sales and CRM software (e.g., NABIS, LeafLink, HubSpot or Outfield).
Experience in regulated industries, such as the cannabis sector, is a plus.
Experience with fulfilment and logistics, including tools like ShipStation or Acumatica, to support efficient supply chain management.
Advanced Excel capabilities and strong sales reporting acumen.
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proven communication skills.
Ability to manage priorities effectively under tight deadlines.
