Identify, validate, and implement strategic solutions to optimize business performance

Drive business integration across Product, Legal, Finance, GTM, and Operations
Deliver data-driven recommendations and execution plans
Operationalize payment and compliance policies in partnership with legal and compliance teams
Own initiatives to reduce payment risk and mitigate bad debt

6+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, analytics, or program management
Experience designing and refining program workflows and tooling
Proven ability to break down complex problems, identify root causes, and develop data-driven solutions
Experience translating business and operational needs into clear, actionable product requirements
Strong influencing skills to navigate complex decision-making and manage relationships with senior stakeholders
Demonstrated success leading multi-workstream initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Highly proficient in project management, analytics, and reporting tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Jira, Excel, Salesforce, Tableau); SQL experience is a plus
