About this role

Own the end-to-end developer journey and internal developer platform as a product.
Lead teams to build and operate secure, automated CI/CD pipelines with integrated security tools.
Manage the engineering toolchain (source control, CI/CD, artifact repositories, deployment orchestrators).
Define and report on engineering KPIs (DORA metrics) and drive continuous improvement.

Experience leading Platform Engineering or Developer Experience teams
Expertise in containerization and cloud-native CI/CD tools (GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Harness CD)
Proven DevSecOps implementation, including security integration and “shift-left” culture
Practical experience with SRE principles and performance metrics
Data-driven approach to engineering effectiveness and developer satisfaction
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or other related technical discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
