Assist senior-level staff in coordinating advertising campaigns for clients.
Provide extensive proofreading support.
Drive internal processes at Pivot, ensuring highly detailed information is shared and maintained with exceptional levels of accuracy.
Proactively recommend new quality control processes.
Collect and evaluate election information and program materials for accuracy.
Submit and track edits for mail pieces.
Collaborate with staff across departments to meet deadlines.
Requirements
Minimum of 2+ years (or 2 full cycles) experience with politics, organizing, advocacy, or labor unions; this may include internships, volunteer roles, and other relevant experiences.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail oriented.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; editing and proofreading are essential.
Ability to develop, adhere to, and communicate reasonable timelines.
Commitment to racial equity, social justice, and democratic causes.
Proven experience managing deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Proficiency in Excel with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Special consideration will be given to candidates who also demonstrate: Previous direct mail experience.
